Fridge & Freezer
- Clean the condenser coils at the back every 6 months to prevent overheating.
- Keep the door seals clean and check for cracks — a worn seal wastes electricity and reduces cooling.
- Don't overfill your fridge; allow air to circulate between items for even cooling.
- Set the temperature between 3–5°C for the fridge and -18°C for the freezer.
- Avoid placing hot food directly in the fridge — let it cool first to reduce compressor strain.
Washing Machine
- Clean the lint filter after every wash to prevent drainage blockages.
- Run a hot empty cycle once a month with baking soda to clean the drum and remove odours.
- Never overload the drum — stick to the recommended load capacity to protect the bearings and motor.
